What are your return policies?

Physical Product Return Policy:

- Physical products are eligible for refund and return if package is unopened and it is sent back within 15 days (customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us). Desk Mats can not be returned if already opened. If your desk mat arrives damaged or flawed, please contact our support at support@therightpc.tech.

- Pre-orders are non-refundable and can not be canceled after the pre-order period is over.

Services Return Policy:

- Services may be eligible for refund if canceled before service is provided.

- Services may be eligible for partial refund even if a service has been started, but the amount refunded may vary depending on how far along you (the client) are in the service process.

- Services are not eligible for refund if the service is completed.

- Once you (the client) pay the parts invoice for your Build My PC system, the parts invoice may be eligible for refund (minus any additional fees depending on your payment method) within 24 hours. (applies to Build My PC: Service only)

- Once a system is built, any invoice paid will be non-refundable. If a system arrives damaged, please contact us through email at support@therightpc.tech with your name and order number and we will evaluate the situation. (applies to Build My PC: Service only)

- Since add-on services can not be provided without the purchase of a base service, they can be refunded if purchased by themselves (minus transaction fees)

How do I start a return?

To start a return, please email us at support@therightpc.tech with your name and order number. A member of our team will assist you as soon as possible.

What are Pre-Orders/Group Buys?

Pre-Orders and Group Buys [GB] are essentially the same thing.

For our pre-order events, you have a certain period of time to pre-order the item at a discount. After the pre-order period, any extra stock will be available at regular price.

We collect orders first within a set time period to determine the quantity we need to order from the manufacturer. The orders are submitted to our manufacturer after the ordering period is over.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship internationally using DHL or USPS First Class International.
