Shipping Terms and Conditions
We understand shipping costs can get very hefty, so we do our best to offer the most competitive and fair shipping prices. We offer two different shipping carriers (DHL and UPS), and we try to reduce the shipping costs as much as possible (excluding VAT, etc). There are some restrictions with our worldwide shipping options (see International Shipping Disclaimer below).
International Shipping Disclaimer: We are NOT responsible for any lost/stolen international orders. If your order does not arrive, please contact DHL or your local post (if you used USPS).
ATTENTION: As of September 2021, USPS has halted shipping to certain countries (i.e Australia) when you select First Class International and Priority Mail International. We do not know when shipping will resume, so your package will not be shipped out until shipping is resumed if you selected either of those options and are in an impacted country.
As of April 2022, we are no longer using USPS as a international shipping option. Unfortunately, they have been very unreliable and causing both us and our customers many problems with shipping. The only options for international shipping are now with DHL or UPS.
